She/Her/Hers
My focus is to help people who are struggling and feel stuck in painful cycles of conflict to heal, energize, become more aware of their inner strengths, and to move forward. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
Therapist Overview
More often than not, when I meet with people, they feel like they have tried everything. I don’t believe in wasting people’s time nor insisting upon unnecessary tools and tactics. I am highly attentive to each person’s struggles, strengths, and needs. I prefer to begin to identify your specific goals right away and start focusing on developing tools and strategies for you and your significant relationships.
I prioritize to walk with you in essentially every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I am passionate about strengthening roles and relationships in families to help them build deeper and more meaningful connections. My patients tell me that I have helped them by “thinking outside the box.” They feel that their voice and opinions are heard and validated by me. I believe that it is essential for of us to be empowered to identify inner strengths so that we can begin to live confidently, rather than in constant conflict.
My extensive background and experience enables for me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, holistic, psychological and relational care for people who come from diverse backgrounds.
