My specialities include working with individual adult and teen clients to address anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I am a fully trained EMDR therapist and I am also certified in PREPARE/ENRICH for premarital counseling. My background in Christian Counseling provides me with a unique perspective for those clients who wish to approach their counseling experience through the lens of biblical teachings.
