I have over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, individuals, couples, and families from Culturally Diverse populations on a wide range of issues and concerns. It is my belief that once the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is understood, one is then able to modify or change the patterns of thinking to cope with stressors in a more positive manner. I am adept in a variety of therapy techniques. My approach is collaborative. I believe that by working together, a positive outcome is achievable. I provide a warm, open, non-judgmental environment where one’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are explored and discussed in an objective, respectful, empathetic manner.
