I don’t believe that adolescents/young adults are broken and need to be fixed, they need healed. I will create an emotionally safe environment, a place where you are accepted without judgement. This is the corner stone of developing trust. This process is a personal journey, one that I am honored to be a part of. I have after school and Sunday hours. Currently I am doing virtual sessions and I am taking new clients. I have specialized in working with adolescents for over 25 years. This is a unique population that requires an in-depth understanding of their worlds. I also help coach parents to be involved in being a part of helping with the healing journey. I see myself as a flashlight holder, shining light into the dark places and walking through it together. While working together they will begin to gain a better understanding of who they are will be able to navigate their struggles and pain with relationships, communication, social media and finding their voice.
