The greatest gift you can give to yourself is the gift of counseling. Life is challenging to navigate for all of us, at some point each one of us needs help with life. I am honored to counsel women and teens in many areas, especially those who have a complex life story holding them back from living life to their fullest potential. Together we journey through depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, identity, grief & loss, life transitions, difficult family dynamics, anger, forgiveness, shame, guilt, and much more. I have learned that pain is deep, but healing goes deeper. I am a Ph.D. student studying psychology with a concentration in trauma. I have two Master of Arts in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. I am only board licensed in professional counseling.
