I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as attachment therapy to help you build the skills that will help you manage your anxiety and improve your relationships. I also specialize in trauma work and integrate EMDR therapy to help you work through unresolved trauma and adverse events from the past leaving you feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
