My lifelong passion is empowering others to maximize opportunities develop skills and achieve their personal potential. I am a generalist practitioner who works with individuals in all stages of life, and my therapeutic process is rooted in providing a warm, open and honest environment. I draw on a diverse, twenty year background providing direct services to children, adults and the elderly. I actively participate in supporting my clients experiencing depression, anxiety, infertility, grief and trauma, helping them work through their issues and concerns. I was awarded a BA in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and a MSW from the University of Connecticut. I have also completed the Field Instructor training program at Southern Connecticut State University. I currently serve as an educator and mentor to students and prospective clinicians.
