I am especially interested in supporting clients as they heal from traumas and disrupted attachments. I aim to create a supportive, safe and engaging space for people to develop their inner resources, and to work toward finding balance in their lives. I encourage my clients to explore what their “best self” might be, and we work together to uncover what could be holding them back, or creating challenges for them. I honor the courage it takes to seek help, and to be vulnerable in therapy. I value the power of the therapeutic relationship. I am in private practice serving adults in Montana. I began my practice in Ennis and Bozeman, Montana in 2016. Currently, I see all of my clients via Telehealth. I was trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA accredited program, and I am working toward my EMDR certification in 2021. EMDR has become my main modality, as I find it can offer clients rapid relief.
