Therapist Overview

I use traditional clinical approaches to therapy as well as alternative, Eastern practices, including Somatic therapy and Mindfulness to develop a creative approach to helping you integrate and heal. Specializing in womens issues, infertility and post pardum, self-esteem and relationship issues. Somatic experiencing is a body oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress disorders. The theory comes from multidisciplinary studies and indigenous practices. The “SE” approach releases traumatic shock which transforms PTSD, heals wounds of childhood trauma and everyday anxiety and stress. –SE Trauma Institute Therapy is often difficult to begin, however, once you start, you will feel immediate relief knowing you are on the way to real help and the change you are looking for. I offer a free consultation in person or on the phone to help you to FEEL what works best for you.
