I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults, helping them navigate through the turbulent times in life. Learn effective coping skills to reduce depression, fluctuating moods and anxiety, as well as interpersonal issues and poor self-esteem. EMDR for PTSD and trauma based clients. It’s always a good time to improve your quality of life! If you do not have time or you’re not as comfortable in my office I will complete sessions via phone. Another unique factor in my sessions is that my certified therapy dog, Gator, attends and has been very beneficial in welcoming in people of all ages!
