We all go through difficult times. It could be making sense of our past, dealing with a difficult relationship, a hurt, a loss, self-worth issues or other challenges. I work collaboratively with clients in a safe environment to support and help them move through life’s challenges. Everyone is different. By utilizing my knowledge of different schools of therapy, I can customize counseling to meet the needs of each individual or couple.I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR for individuals dealing with trauma and grief. I use the Prepare Enrich assessment for premartial counseling. I am offering telehealth sessions via phone and zoom video during this COVID-19 pandemic.
