I offer clients a variety of treatment options, such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), traditional talk therapy, and for those who are interested, creative arts therapies. Creative arts therapies include art, music, drama, dance, play and sandtray interventions. You do not need to have experience or be talented in the creative arts in order to gain a benefit from these treatment approaches. Behavior management, atta
