I aim to provide a safe, compassionate and intelligent place to freely explore thoughts, feelings and experiences, take risks to work through past issues and current concerns, and identify and utilize core strengths to grow–and create more fulfilling lives and relationships. Years of clinical research and treatment with post-deployed combat veterans informs my practice: I believe that regardless of circumstances, we possess inherent strengths that, when harnessed, can move us toward wholeness, healing and extraordinary growth as individuals and in connection with others.
