In therapy, I strive to create an environment where every client feels seen, heard and understood. Therapy is a place where you can come and there are no expectations of you. In therapy, I take a client-centered approach- believing that the client is the expert of their own lives. I want to walk alongside you and be a support for whatever you need. I have special experience in marriage counseling, family counseling and counseling for adolescents. In marriage & family counseling, I have a lot of experience in teaching people how to communicate effectively. I believe people can come away from a hard conversation feeling heard, understood and able to resolve conflicts peacefully and with satisfaction.
