I am excited to join you on your journey of growth! I have been working in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment for 20 years. While I know some things about treatment, I believe that you are the expert on you. For this reason, I believe that therapy should be an experience where you are, and you feel like, you are in the driver’s seat. I Therapy is about change. Change is hard. My job as a therapist is to provide you a space that is as supportive and comfortable as possible. It is normal and ok to struggle with making difficult decisions. Sometimes taking the time to explore every side of an issue with someone else can be helpful.
