For 19+ years, I have gained experience in providing counseling and crisis intervention. My specialties include emotional trauma, chronic mental health issues, substance abuse, anxiety and PTSD, and adolescent issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting. I believe that people possess the strength to make changes that will promote healing.
