Therapist Overview
Life can be both messy and beautiful. Life also brings so many opportunities to dive deeper, to transform, and to learn how to love ourselves and others with open hearts. I believe that we all deserve a space to let our feelings be felt. We all deserve to have our experiences witnessed and held with compassion and kindness. My hope is that the therapeutic relationship is a healing one and that the space we create together supports growth and curiosity. My approach to this work is rooted in compassion and human-to-human connection. I believe that authentic connection supports our capacity to grow and change. My work is grounded in an integrated wellness approach. I have had the honor of supporting clients through a variety of concerns and difficulties including childhood and adult trauma, relationship issues, parenting and co-parenting struggles, gender identity issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I understand that life can get busy and chaotic at times, making it difficult to always find the time to go into an office. I invite all clients to participate in video sessions when needed. I encourage clients who are committed to working on their emotional well being and experiencing symptoms of a cold or illness to utilize video conferencing.
