I use interventions and tools, based on science, that work to empower you to resolve and heal issues. Using science as my foundation, I am able to educate and guide individuals, couples and families to a healthier, happier and more peaceful emotional state and lasting healing. You will be provided tools and insights you will easily use the rest of your life. I am trauma informed and relationship orientated. I also provide Equine therapy, available in AZ. We all need to be Validated, seen and understood. We need corrective healing experience in relationship to heal, you will experience support and effective interventions in therapy with me.
