Therapist Overview
Do you feel like there isn’t enough space in this world for all of you, or like you can never be your full, true self? When we struggle with issues like trauma, low desire, sex pain, or difficulty with orgasm, or when we feel shame about our true sexual nature, we can feel like there is something wrong with us, preventing us from living a fully vibrant life. It can be hard to find someone to talk about these issues and, unfortunately, most of us grow up with messages of shame that are not attuned to the unique expression of our individual sexuality. Together we can heal the wounds blocking your connection to self-enjoyment. My goal is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, which I will do by providing a safe space where we can non-judgementally explore the aspects of self you are having a difficult time with. I will work with you to build more enjoyable and compassionate inner relationship that will translate into healthier outer relationships with others as well. It isn’t easy to ask for help. Most of us are taught that makes us weak or lesser somehow. In truth, asking for help, stepping outside your comfort zone, and letting someone into your world, are some of the bravest things you can do and I value that. I work with all consensual sexual expressions, including BDSM and kink, and am sex-worker allied.
