Rachel Haimovich

I offer strengths-based, trauma-informed and person-centered therapy to help individuals unlock their unique set of strengths and resources, identify and overcome barriers, build coping skills, and increase satisfaction in daily living. For over ten years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents and adults experiencing issues related to mental health such as anxiety, depression, thought disorders, interpersonal difficulties and trauma. I provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for individuals to effectively work through and build practical strategies for coping with emotional issues and life stress. I take a collaborative approach to best meet the needs of each individual. As a board-certified music therapist and registered yoga teacher, I invite individuals to deepen their mind-body connection through music, movement and mindfulness practices. I also encourage clients to build greater awareness of the way thoughts, feelings and behaviors interact.
