Therapist Overview
***Please note: YES! I do offer Telehealth sessions.*** Life and relationships can be stressful, overwhelming, and disappointing. The expectations are high, and more and more things get added to our plates. We are often taught to give more, do more, and try harder. But for many of us, that is a never-ending cycle that leads to burn out, feeling not good enough, or both. My passion is to help you create intimate, loving relationships with yourself and others. I want you to feel fulfilled and excited about your life instead of exhausted and lonely. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches to help uncover the barriers that are getting in your way, and to heal those past traumas, unresolved pain, distorted beliefs and behavioral patterns so that you can confidently take risks toward honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability in loving yourself, and getting the intimate connections you deserve. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, supported and challenged. If you’re ready to find that inner strength and confidence to create the life and relationships you want, then lets get started!
