My goal is to help you through this journey of life with all that comes with it, and offer a space to come and process your thoughts, feel centered in your day to day life, and improve your mindset. I hope to help clients develop a sense of resilience, mindfulness; aid in the understanding of themselves, and provide a safe place to heal and grow. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, court, and school settings. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I primarily work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, women’s issues, PTSD, immigration cases, as well as behavioral and emotional issues.
