My interventions include CBT, mindfulness practice and systemic therapies such as: Narrative, Family Systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to assist clients in improving impaired attachment bonds within relationships as well as building emotional and mental strength and well-being in working through issues in life.
