Therapist Overview

People often come to therapy at challenging and difficult points in their lives. These moments often impact the relationship individuals have with themselves and others. These moments can also cause a lot of pain and confusion. Unresolved issues from previous experiences can get in the way of people living their lives to the fullest. During our work together, I hope to be a guide towards your journey of healing and wellness. My practice is informed by different approaches learned throughout my career and training at the Ackerman Institute. I work from a relational and systemic approach to help people gain better clarity and understanding. Guiding people through that understanding can be empowering and transformative and something I value dearly. Seeking help and support can often times be difficult. I hope to create an environment where people feel seen, heard, and understood in a culturally sensitive way. In creating such environment, I hope people are able to be their true authentic self, which can open the door to a deeper and clearer understanding of what’s troubling them.
