Therapist Overview
I enjoy working with individuals who are trying to better themselves and grow through hardships. Are you having trouble adjusting to life changes, feeling stuck, or experience a general lack of meaning in life? Do you experience anger, stress, anxiety, depression, or struggle with self-esteem? Do you have concerns you feel powerless to overcome, feel overwhelmed by how much you need to accomplished daily, or get bored with the monotony of the day to day grind? Do you lack confidence in your performance or just unsatisfied with your current situation? I might be able to help! My primary focus in session is a mix between two modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Logotherapy. I look at behaviors and thought patterns with my clients and encourage them to make choices which are constructively aligned with their goals and values. My style is fairly direct, open and honest. I am a Veteran of the Afghanistan war, Operation Enduring Freedom. I honor and appreciate current/past military personnel and first responders. I offer a scholarship for first responders and veterans, if they want to pay cash to keep their treatment private from government agencies. I welcome anyone who desires to better themselves.
