I spent four years in the military so I can also help military veterans with the unique issues they may face. I treat others with respect as that is how I would like to be treated. Empathy towards others matters in times of crisis and I can offer that. I enjoy the process of understanding people better. Hopefully I can help as many people as I can, any way I can. I help adults, and adolescents with a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, dual diagnosis disorders, substance abuse, life changes, trauma, grief counseling, and emotions related to medical conditions, employment, an unresolved life stressors.
