Because I believe we grow and learn throughout our life, I delight in working with all people. I see therapy as a supportive environment created for the purpose of encouraging one another in times of need, as well as joy. I have specialized experience working with children and families, empowering each during tough transitions such as toddlerhood and adolescence, while collaborating during unexpected and challenging issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma and more. I utilize play, narrative, feminist, and mindfulness therapies to encourage hope and develop authentic connections with each person I see. My focus is in marriage and family therapy, with additional instruction in play, Narrative and geek therapy. I completed a masterclass on Narrative Therapy and currently hold a certificate in psychological first-aid. It is my unfailing belief that adults and children alike do the best they are able at any given time. We each come to this earth with skills, as well as struggles. My goal is to empower each person who walks through my door to become the person they most want to be, therefore finishing therapy with self-awareness, peace and dignity.
