I work with adults, teens, and children. I offer support for deep life transitions, artists, people of color, grief and loss, using Buddhist Psychology and trauma sensitive approaches. I work relationally—meaning that I’m invested wholeheartedly and investigate collaboratively the dynamics which shape our experience together in the room.
