I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with New Insights Behavioral Health Services. I look forward to working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I believe that nobody should navigate pain, conflict, and stress in isolation. I hope to be there alongside individuals experiencing emotional suffering by fostering therapeutic relationships through warmth, empathy, and collaboration. I strive to create a non-judgmental and nurturing environment for individuals to feel comfortable being themselves and exploring their concerns. I affirm all identities, sexual preferences, cultures, and religions meaningful to an individual. I specialize in providing therapy to individuals that have experienced complex or acute trauma and/or adverse childhood experiences (i.e. abuse, parental incarceration/deportation, parental divorce, parent with mental health or substance abuse illness, and/or witness of domestic violence) as well as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I bring passion and care into providing holistic therapeutic treatment that fits the need of each individual. I utilize a framework with strong roots in humanistic and trauma-informed principles while also incorporating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive and relational psychodynamic therapies.
