Therapist Overview

I am both a physician and a marriage, couple and family therapist intern. My training gives me a unique awareness of the interconnectedness of neuroscience and the tender yet resilient human psyche. Our work together will be a safe and collaborative journey through which you lead the way through your life’s digestion process. A crucible for transformation, deep intimacy with oneself or another requires courage and authenticity. Tuning in and honoring your inherent wisdom allow you to carve a more congruent life which feels “true” and deeply satisfying. You are likely wondering what it may be like to come to therapy. Our first session can be a consultation in which you get the opportunity to feel what it is like to be together, and I can start to get to know you. Your experience is so important; research shows that the most significant factor in a positive outcome is the relationship with the therapist.
