Hello and Welcome. Would you like help finding your way to a more peaceful, balanced, and joyful experience in life? I am available to help you. Often the past interferes with the present day by triggering anxiety, fear, panic, sadness, depression, anger, or a sense of numbness. Our sense of well-being falls apart when we experience these feelings on a daily basis. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or that you fall short of your potential in many areas. Relationships can feel tense, dissatisfying, or dysfunctional. I am compassionate and skilled in helping people find relief from the things that keep them from thriving in life. I have a trauma focused practice that supports individuals in healing from trauma (both big and small) and becoming their most authentic and powerful self. I use EMDR and RLT (Relational Life Therapy) to assist people in discovering freedom and joy in life. I have a background in nursing and use the most recent evidenced based psychotherapy practices. Neuroscience demonstrates that the brain is capable of change. This means there is hope for thinking, feeling, and behaving differently than you ever have before.
