We are living in a bizarre, uncertain, and anxiety-inducing time. We have had to adapt almost every area of our lives in response to Covid-19, increasing both distance (from our communities) and proximity (to the people in our homes). Some who live alone may feel especially isolated right now. I love helping couples, families and individuals to address overwhelming emotions, communication issues, conflict, disconnection, loneliness, despair, stress, and hard transitions.
