I have and continue to successfully assist many individuals, youth and elderly, couples and families who are courageous enough to seek professional therapeutic counseling services. In my experience, I have learned that life will inevitably bring changes. Some of which are hard to cope with and endure. These times for many produce stress, anger, anxiety depression, and other mood disorders. I utilize evidenced-based practices such as ad CBT and REBT to assist my clients in navigating through and overcoming these times. I also have an extensive history in assisting individuals and families who are dealing with life stressors, parenting, and co-parenting troubles. Accruing over 7 years of experience in serving fathers and their families through the Waccamaw region Non-Profit A Father’s Place, has birthed in me a Holistic and Family Systems approach to counseling.
