I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor accepting interested clients to my practice who are looking to make positive changes in relationships, job satisfaction to address anxiety and depression or to provide a helping hand for single parents, couples or children in need of motivation and support with overwhelming topics related to divorce, relationships, and trouble with school. My roots are in Hawaii and I was born and raised in Leeward Oahu, I feel comfortable and confident in drawing from my own life experiences to support families and adolescents looking for hope and new pathways to meaningful and stress free ( almost stress free ) relationships. My belief is that ALL people have the ability to identify and make any changes.
