As a licensed psychologist for over 30 years, I have successfully counseled numerous individuals and families in resolving difficulties in areas such as effective communication, coping with divorce, work/career issues, loss/grief, and serious chronic health conditions. All of these can lead to anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you to achieve inner peace and balance in your life. My approach to counseling is cognitive-behavioral and solutions-focused. By changing your thoughts and perceptions, you can change your behavior and the way you feel. I have certifications in clinical and school neuropsychology. In addition, I am trained to treat trauma as a Level 2 EMDR therapist. Telemental health (video conferencing) is also provided. I have 2 offices for the convenience of my clients.
