I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point and we can always use support and encouragement to help us grow as human beings. I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are and will help them determine what their goals are and how to get there. I’m a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Counselor. I’ve provided education to the community on various addictions, including process (non-chemical) addictions. I’m well-versed in 12-step recovery systems but also know this model may not be for everyone. I’d love to help you determine the best path for you.
