Therapist Overview
Nurture (verb) Caring for and encouraging the growth or development of someone or something. Life can be hard. Whether it’s a complicated relationship, dissatisfaction with work, the stresses of parenting, depression, anxiety, or whatever else that’s making your life difficult it can sometimes feel unbearable. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment to help you figure out what you desire to be different and how to achieve those goals. I believe therapy should be tailored to the person or family. I have spent the past 14 years working with children, families, and individuals to improve their well-being in a variety of settings. I chose the name of my practice to reflect my desire to care for and encourage my client’s growth and development. I believe that everyone deserves to be nurtured, valued, and free to live authentically. I am an inclusive, sex positive therapist open to all gender identities and relationships.
