You long to figure out how to disrupt this lifelong procrastination cycle, so you can stop running around in circles, see meaningful progress, and follow through. You want to learn how to work w/ your unique brain wiring and stop working against yourself. You just don’t know how and where to start. I coach ambitious adults who have ADHD to better understand and embrace their unique brain wiring, so that they can effectively minimize stress, overcome challenges, and achieve their big life goals. I offer individual 1:1 coaching and couples coaching. I also run some amazing adult ADHD coaching groups for adults, with new groups starting every quarter. I’m passionate about health equity & social justice. I warmly welcome clients of all backgrounds, genders, abilities, ethnicities, races, occupations, & immigration status.
