Adjusting to and coping with life changes is something that can impact us all, making normal tasks and routines difficult to follow through with. Oftentimes, it can feel like we do not know how to navigate these changes. However, I believe that as we work together to identify your strengths, you will find the methods and answers within you, and begin working toward living your life to the fullest. I have extensive experiencing working with clients attempting to cope with anxiety, depression, severe mental health disorders, life changes, relationship problems, and physical and emotional trauma. What works for one person does not necessarily work for another. My primary role is to be both your guide and your support. I use a person-centered, individualized, and interactive strengths-based approach, as I am devoted to helping you find more effective and healthy coping methods. I am only offering teletherapy sessions via video at this time. I recognize that making the first step to reach out for help is often the hardest. It will be my personal commitment to provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic approach when working with you.
