My ideal client is at any age in the lifespan and willing to engage in therapy to heal, grow or simply feel better. I am able to work with a variety of people from different populations due to my non-judgmental stance and curiosity about other people. I am adept at working with individuals who experience multiple problems simultaneously due to my willingness to work with other providers and supportive group/individual services. I focus on encouraging less suffering and more contentment in my client’s lives based on their unique needs and goals. I take an Existential-Humanistic perspective blended with an understanding of each individual’s unique character defenses to focus on emotions in the moment. I pull from many intervention modalities to tailor an evidence based and individual I am able to provide HIPAA Compliant telehealth psychological services for clients throughout California. I am a fully paperless office and provide each client with a private HIPAA compliant client portal with features like secure messaging, online scheduling, and self-service access to invoices/superbills/statements. No software download required to use.
