I graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and School Counseling from Central Michigan University. I have been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor for over 4 years. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teens and adults. I have had hundreds of clients over the years and everyone of them has their own story to tell therefore not one type of therapy works for everyone. My specialties include anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders, ERP therapy, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, family conflicts and transitions, psychosis, substance abuse, co-morbidity, self-esteem, stress management, diet and nutrition and career and college guidance.
