My name is Tracy Beresh, MSW, LISW-S, and I am dedicated to your mental health. I have a passion to help those who are struggling. Everyone, including myself, has a story and has had to work through tough circumstances. Everyone needs help from time to time and there is no shame or judgement when you come talk to me. Working through an issue is difficult and can be painful, but with the proper help and support, we can work together to find your best you! I have served in many different areas, from a residential setting, a medical clinic, a school setting and individual therapy. I am especially sensitive to individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression and chronic health issues. I have experience with grief, trauma, guilt, anger, stress, coping skills, parenting issues and suicidal thoughts. I want to help you improve your quality of life by helping you to work through whatever has been standing in your way. I want to help you improve your coping and relaxation skills, communication skills, and self-compassion. Most importantly, I want to help you find HOPE that your life CAN BE DIFFERENT!!
