I believe that people are resilient, and have the ability to care for themselves, but often, the ways that we seek to alleviate pain and suffering cause more of the same. Alternatively, our feelings of stagnancy, loneliness, and hopelessness can sometimes be too overpowering to work through alone. I focus on holistic wellness. The best work and greatest change can take place when therapy is a collaborative effort. You are the expert on you, and I aim to truly understand you, your motivations, and desires in order to aid you in reaching a state of wellness that provides you with the opportunity to not only function, but thrive.
