Therapist Overview
Trouble sleeping. Irritability. Forgetfulness. Low motivation. Each be a sign of anxiety or depression. You’re not alone. Since the pandemic began, research shows depression in America has TRIPLED, and it’s no wonder! Right now, life can feel out of our control and unpredictable; the 2 main ingredients for anxiety. On top of life’s normal stressors, we’re homeschooling, missing our friends, juggling work, and trying to stay healthy. It can be overwhelming. You might feel that your problems aren’t “big enough” for counseling, but it’s important to know that any issue in your life is worthy of your attention. Together, we can look at the stress in your life, talk about it, and break it down so it becomes more manageable. We can develop strategies to help you juggle all the open tabs in your mind and make life more enjoyable. I offer you a first session at no cost in order for us to get acquainted. I’d love to talk more about your interest in counseling.
