I am committed to empowering & teaching individuals and couples to develop practical skills that will enable them to build healthy, vulnerable relationships. I take an eclectic therapy approach incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1 trained), Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, & Mindfulness.
