My goal is to help you become clearer on where you are so you are able to acknowledge your pain, heal and find the freedom to experience life in a new way, making new decisions, and finding fulfillment. I work with clients who are feeling “stuck” and inevitably struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, unsatisfying relationships, and unfulfilling work. I believe we are all worthy of living the life we intended – in finding the power to overcome our current circumstance thereby living a happier and more meaningful life. In my practice, I facilitate individuals, groups, and family sessions through self discovery and assessment. Together, we work on the challenges and issues you face. By using a solutions-focused treatment model, I am able to effectively evaluate and help. Through this process, I determine the negative cognitions, so we are able to focus on the positive. My passion for therapy is often recognized by my clients. I strongly believe that we’re the masters of our own minds, and with the right guidance, we can overcome and become anything.
