I specialize in helping adult clients (21+) men, women and marriages – individually, couples work and customized 3-day intensives. Many often struggle in their relationships, communicating their needs, with betrayed trust (pornography, infidelity), feel overwhelmed or stuck, have personal boundary concerns, and/or have unresolved loss, grief and/or anger. Many also seek long-term recovery and healing from previous trauma and/or emotional, physical or sexual abuse. I also provide clinical LPC supervision. I invite an interpersonal and integrative approach, as we engage your questions, beliefs, needs, hopes and struggles – starting with therapy itself.
