Looking for a therapist can be hard, frustrating & reinforce our depression or anxiety at times when we are seeing countless profiles & pictures of people we think may not understand what is going on in addition to what we are experiencing or already experienced. The profiles we do have the courage to click on may reduce our fears a little yet the therapist may still not sound human or states a fun fact that does not share much about their life. As a woman of color, who is married & a mom, I understand the struggles with depression, anxiety &/or trauma. I would love to help you be seen & heard through our sessions & in your life. In individual therapy with adolescents or adults we will process our experiences & explore coping skills to get through being stuck where we are. We may be working through issues of depression, anxiety & trauma. In a non-judgmental & empathic space we will increase more fulfilling moments in our lives using a client-centered approach.
