She/Her/Hers
I provide individual therapy to help manage anxiety and avoid feeling defeated. Together, we can identify what is not working and get you back to your sense of balance. We will use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness and body movement work to help you develop a stronger relationship with self.

Let’s work together.
I have more than 30 years of professional clinical experience working with a range of individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict/separation, trauma, grief and loss, self-discover, self-awareness, and symptoms of severe, persistent mental illness (SPMI).
Over the past 11 years I have worked in the community with women empowerment and advocacy groups and within the LGBTQ community.
Personal and professional experiences have shown me that life is about transitions with some being more difficult to navigate than others. My focus is to provide an authentic, safe, affirming, and compassionate space to help you navigate through challenges and to create balance. Seeing you as the expert of your life with unique strengths and needs, my help is aimed at building healthy ways for you to think and allow for the attraction of the things you want by taking intentional actions based on motivation not fear.
I use individualized strategies (person-centered) including conversations, worksheets, mindfulness, grounding exercises and out of session check ins. I look forward to helping you reach your identified goals leading to the balance you desire with an abundance mindset.
I have extensive experience collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care, social service agencies.
