As a behavioral psychologist, I help my clients to change their behavior, to manage their goals so they achieve the change they need to live a more fulfilling life. People spend so much time in their workplace and this environment is an essential part of a persons’ personality. Workplace bullying, violence, and sexual harassment are everyday issues that affect a person. I am empowering clients to make life-changing decisions by providing appropriate and specific evaluation, analysis and problem-solving techniques. I am trained to establish a psychologically safe and confidential relationship where your beliefs, attitudes, and vulnerabilities can be uncovered As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator I work with clients to prepare them going into a mediation and assist the parties toward their own resolution. Although I live in Florida now, I was born and raised in Germany and can provide counseling in german too.
